Unitree G1-office
A Unitree G1 humanoid sequence built in NVIDIA Isaac Lab — reused locomotion for walking and balance, custom sitting and chair-turning, and Mimic gestures from live footage, with the RendReal page kept real and in sync on the laptop LCD.
The problem
A short humanoid clip only works if every layer stays in time: walking, sitting, turning the chair, pointing, and a live page on a laptop screen. Getting those to read as one continuous action — especially keeping the RendReal site on the LCD looking real and in sync — is the whole job.
What we solved
Most of the project, including the render, was built in NVIDIA Isaac Lab. Existing locomotion and DOF support cover walking and balance. Sitting and chair turning are custom deterministic motions. Call and pointing were produced with Isaac Lab Mimic from footage of the operator. Scene assets were edited in Isaac Sim. The laptop LCD carries the live RendReal page and had to stay aligned with the rest of the shot. The film was graded and delivered in DaVinci Resolve.
The result
A compact humanoid presentation that holds together as one readable sequence: walk, sit, turn, gesture, and a working RendReal page on the laptop LCD.
