Factory Digital Twin Concept

A complete bicycle-frame production line simulated, animated and rendered in NVIDIA Isaac Sim — from raw material to final packing.

The problem

Isolated machine demos and single robot clips do not show whether a production concept actually holds together. The task was to present an entire simplified production process as one continuous, readable and visually convincing scene.

What we solved

We built the full flow in NVIDIA Isaac Sim as the simulation, animation and rendering environment. Robot movements, AGV behaviour, scene logic, sensor logic, lighting behaviour and animation systems were driven by Python scripts together with Isaac Sim Action Graphs, combining built-in assets, custom props modelled in SolidWorks and converted CAD models prepared for visualisation.

The result

A factory-scale industrial visualisation that works as an engineering concept review, an investor-facing presentation and a cinematic technical video — covering the process end to end rather than showing individual machines.
